I really like this name for a boy, I can't understand why nobody has commented on it!

I really like the name but prefer it spelled the way my brother spells it - Lenton.

The Linton family from Emily Brontë's "Wuthering Heights" consisting of Mr. And Mrs. Linton, Edgar Linton, Isabella Linton, Catherine Linton. Isabella's son's name was Linton Heathcliff.

Very strong name. I'm surprised this name isn't more popular - maybe the lin part is off-putting.

I'd like this, but I've read Wuthering Heights and the character of Linton Heathcliff isn't very admirable so I'd probably not use it.

I think the meaning of "lime tree town" is really cool, though.
