Comments for LUDVIG:
This is pretty popular in Sweden now. I know some parents in the past that have struggled against the nickname Ludde, famous from a children's song about little Ludde who comes carrying his pillow (kudde).-- Anonymous User 12/16/2005
I pronounce it like LUDD-vigg.-- Frozten 12/17/2006
I love the name Ludvig so much! It is so cute on a little boy, yet great and upper-class (classy) on an adult! Ludvig is actually an Old Norse name; follow the link on nordicnames.de and you will see Ludvig is very Nordic! I also like Malte, from Helmold, yet another Ancient German, Nordic name. Ludvig and Malte.-- Anonymous User 2/25/2011
