Quite a mouthful of a name!

A little too complex and elaborate?

Rather nice, in my opinion. Sounds quite regal, due to its connotations with the tsarina. :)

It's actually very cool, but I wouldn't name a child this.

I adore this name. It's so beautiful, and the length makes the name flow right off the tongue, like a flower blooming. Cute nicknames are Maxi or Milie. ☺

Very rare and very dated in france.

I like it. It has same feel as Sebastienne, which I also like. I like Millie or Ennie as nicknames. I would rather use it as a middle name though.
