Properly pronounced through an Italian tongue:

Mee-Kell-EE-Nuh

"Mi" creates a "Mee" sound (however, it is also pronounced "Mih", at times). A "Ch" always forms a hard "K". The "E" formally makes "Aye"... but when spoken quickly it may sound like an "Eh" (as I posted). Stress the "I" in "Li". Finish with a soft "Nuh" (na). [noted -ed]

This name is also used in The Netherlands, but there it's more used as a variant form of the well-known French name Micheline.
