Najim Amari, better known by the mononym Najim (Arabic: نجيم‎) also known as Cheb Najim (الشاب نجيم‎) is an Algerian/French folk music singer. Born 18 January 1985, he had an independent debut album 'Kount Enhawes' in 2004 and signed with EMI/Virgin Music France in 2007 for his second official studio album 'Saba'.
