I've seen this used as a British / Scottish name, an Anglicized spelling of Niamh.

I love this name. It sounds so sweet and pretty. I love the meaning - in my opinion, snow is an awesome meaning. People get called Eira and Yuki and Lumi, so why not Nieve? I think this is an adorable name with a pretty meaning.
