Pantaleone

It is a derivative of the Greek name Pantaleon, which roughly translates as "all lion". My Gr-Gr-Grandfather's name was Pantaleone Rugito - and his surname may have originally been Ruggito, which is Italian for "roar", so his birth name literally means "all lion roar". He must have had quite a cry as a baby.
