Although I am Ukrainian I don't find this name so pretty, maybe it's the pronunciation as it's quite pretty to look at. I feel there are nicer variations of this such as Roza but it's nice there is an alternative to a much more commonly used name.
Also used in Finland, where it's pronounced RIE-sah.
I think this is a pretty name and very uncommon which is a plus!
