The silly little prefix ruins the name, and with this spelling, the only logical pronunciation is ''ru-SHAWN''. It sounds very ghetto indeed, and as wrong as it may be, this name will lead to discrimination and low expectations of the bearer.-- slight night shiver 5/3/2008
