Comments for the name Rasul

I personally like the name, it is very sweet and sounds good. I would name my son that name even though it sounds a little funny!

Occasionaly translated as "apostle."

Rasul al-Laylat, "Apostle of the Night" is an alias used by a character who is a United States intelligence operator working in Pakistan, in a piece of fiction called "The Fourth War."

Also the name of a different character in a popular novel called "Red Storm Rising." In the story, he was one of three Azerbaijani Muslims who were martyred while sabotaging a Soviet oil field.
