Sooooo cuteee. I love this name. It's a little bit better than Rose!

I really like it, it's cute and old fashioned, I think it ages well and I like it best as a legal name, it is not immature, it's not boring, it's a name for a strong beautiful loving and caring girl.

The most beautiful and gorgeous name I have ever known. It’s feminine, pretty and is based on the most gorgeous and romantic flower - the rose! Our lovely dog is called Rosie. I also know a famous model called Rosie, who is Joe Wicks ‘the Body Coach’s’ wife. I know of only one person called Rosie and she has a lovely bubbly personality and is so caring and kind.

I think it's a cute nickname for Rose but definitely not good as a full name.

I think Rosie is a really nice name. It sounds really gentle and feminine, yet strong at the same time. I, personally, think it ages pretty well. I think it would suit a girly-girl beautifully, and I honestly think it would be really cute and sweet for a tomboy, as well ;)

The name sounds nice, but it is too childish. For proof, I can imagine a 5-year-old with this name, but not an adult.

I don't like this name, but it's definitely better than Posie/Posy.

Kind of simple and to the point, even if it rolls off the tongue a bit stiffly.

Just stick with Rose or some other variant.

Awful name. Silly, meaningless, weightless. It sounds like a red diaper rash.

Only as a nickname, Rosie does not sound like a name that an old lady could have...would look silly on a grave.

I wanted to call my younger daughter Rosanna, Rosie for short, but her father doesn't believe in shortening a name and I didn't want to listen to 'her name's Rosanna, not Rosie' for the rest of my life, so we settled on Rosie as her name. However, she thought Rosie was too childish and legally changed it to Rosana as soon as she was 16.

Never mind, I like Rosie better than Rosy.

This is my name, and I really like it! Although a lot of people say it's just a nickname, I think it is just as good as a first name too. Reminds me of the name Rose, but I think Rosie sounds nicer and is not as overused.

My name is Rosanna but I go by Rosie, I have done all my life. I like my name but I don't like how people are always telling me that they have pets named Rosie! :D It's damn annoying! Also being associated with that annoying American TV host is irritating.
