Sabeen Mahmud (1974 – 2015) (Urdu: صبین محمود) was a progressive Pakistani human rights activist and social worker who founded the Karachi-based cafe The Second Floor. She also presided over the Karachi branch of TiE (The IndUS Entrepreneurs).
