It doesn't sound quite right. The sound is harsh. Trust me, there is a difference between the 'a' and 'e'. Just like Aaron and Erin sound different, Sherilyn and Sharalyn sound different. Get the diff between 'pat' and 'pet'? There ya have it, folks.

Sharalyn is pronounced as Shar a lyn. It should not be pronounced Sharollyn.
