Comments for TOLLY:

In the series "Children of the Red King" aka "Charlie Bone series" there is a girl named Emma Tolly. Except it says that her surname originates from the city Toledo.

Sounds like a hundred-year-old little girl name to me (that is, a name that was used a hundred years ago, and that sounds like it suited little girls back then). It just rhymes with some other ones, that is, Molly, Polly, Dolly, and the most mature one that isn't derived from anything, Holly.
