Trystan Gravelle is a Welsh theatre, film and television actor.
The "Y" hasn't been put in it to make it unisex, the pronunciation has been changed so, because it's a Welsh name, it's a "y" instead of an "i".
Pronounced Trust-Anne.
I wonder if "DontDissMadison" was serious in her comment about the pronunciation of Trystan. I could imagine that it's being pronounced like the English Tristan, but I've got no idea.
I've met only one person with this name, so I don't think Trystan is a very popular name. I think the 'y' in it could make this a unisex name, in my point of view.
