This lovely name, pronounced viv-YEN-e, was quite popular in France in the 1950's and 1960's but is now very uncommon for baby girls.

Viviane Araújo dos Santos is a Brazilian photographic model, actress and reality television personality. Araújo is best known for being the rainha de bateria of samba schools Mancha Verde in São Paulo and Salgueiro in Rio; and the winner of the fifth season of the Brazilian version of The Farm.

Viviane Moreira Fernandes, best known as Vivi Fernandez, is a Brazilian model, actress, dancer and former adult actress. Born in Brasília, the daughter of a retired soldier, Fernandes finished high school and then started a course for dental technician that later ended up to become a model. After taking part at the Rede Record show Galera, Fernandes gained notoriety by participating as a dancer to the comedy show Festa do Mallandro hosted by Sérgio Mallandro on Rede Gazeta. In 1999 she sued Mallandro for sexual harassment, assault, threat and duress arguing that these events occurred during the time of the show.

Viviane Brunieri is a Brazilian former model and porn star. Brunieri was best known for her relationship with Ronaldo in 1996, which earned her the nickname Vivi Ronaldinha. In January 1998, along with Nádia França, another ex-girlfriend of the footballer, she appeared on the cover of Brazilian Playboy.

I feel like this spelling looks more feminine. Maybe because adding an e in French names usually femininzes them, such as Esmee or Renee. Vivia is also pretty.
