Yadira D. Caraveo is an American politician and pediatrician serving as the U.S. representative for Colorado's 8th congressional district since 2023. A Democrat, she is Colorado's first Latina member of Congress.

Yadira Soturno is a Venezuelan paralympic athlete who competes in sprinting events in international level events. She was Venezuela's first female athlete to compete at the Paralympic Games when she competed at the 2008 Summer Paralympics.
