I like this name very much. It is much better than the overused "Zachary", and very different and strong. My brother has a friend named Zachariah Alton, "Alton" after his Dad, and I feel they fit him perfectly.

It is also noticed that a variation of this name (ZACHARIAH) is also used among the Catholics in some parts of southern INDIA (especially in Kerala).

ZACHARIYA
ZACHARIA
and SCARIA for short
