Meaning: Brave and honest. Also Ascend.

Rokaya was the second eldest daughter of Prophet Muhammed(SAW) and Lady Khadijah, Muhammed’s wife. There was also another Rokaya, named Ruqaiya Sultan Begum (1542-1626), whom was the first and chief wife of the third Mughal Emperor, Akbar. She was the longest serving Mughal empress.
