Amara

This is a name I have heard recently that I found it very pretty.

It is Spanish, Italian and Ancient Greek.

It means "Unfading Flower"

Also, under the comments I read that depending on the orgin it also had these meanings:

Peaceful
Eternally Beautiful
Eternal, Immortal and Beloved

What do you think of this name. I find it very beautiful :)

I just wanted your opinions.

Amara is one of my top four girl's names. I think it sounds sophisticated and beautiful. I love the nn Amari. I love the name
Amara Sophia Grace (eternal beauty, wisdom and grace are their respective meanings). I think a girl with this name couldn't help but be all of those things.

How do you say it? A-mair-a or AMAHR-a (sorry I can't really write pronounciations!) I think AMAHR-a is stunning, though I think Mara is equally gorgeous :)
