[Opinions] better not (m)
Even if it is a family name, it really does not work on a boy. Not only will people think "Rose" there's also "belle/Bell" in there too. The name is essentially the same as Rosabelle, and I sure hope you would never consider *that* on a boy1 (On a girl either but that's for some other time.)
