any thoughts? Is Nerissa too frilly? The combo at the moment is Nerissa Michelle, but I'm open for more ideas :)

I don't mind it, but it doesn't really do anything for me, either. I know it's a legit name, but it seems like just another -arissa name at first (Larissa, Carissa, Marissa, etc.). And it's starts with the same sound as "nerd" so if she is very smart, she could be called Nerdissa. But I do tend to overthink these things. :b

I like Nerissa, and I really like the meaning. I don;t think Nerissa is too frilly at all- I think it has spunk.

Nerissa Michelle works. great name :)

Nerissa isn't frilly in the slightest! The only problem I see though is that it rhymes with so many others - Carissa, Clarissa, Larissa, Marissa, etc.

Nerissa Beatrix - very pretty
Nerissa Josephine - may be my favourite :)
Nerissa Noor - normally dislike alliteration, but it works here.

I think Nerissa is a very elegant name, it also goes well with some of your current faves......

Nerissa Mara (I dont usually like the double a endings but this one is pretty!)

Nerissa Audrey is very pretty, and although I love Nerissa Evadne I'm quite set on Evadne Patricia, after my grandmother.
