Neva is cute but ultimately always ends up reminds me of Nevaeh.
Nova is adorable, nice meaning, though I sometimes end up thinking of the car Chevy Nova.
Nila is great, the only problem with it is that even though I know it's NEE-la, when I see it I automatically think NIE-la and I'm afraid other people will too. I do love Neela though.
I think my pick of the three would be Nila though.
