At the moment in Italy one could only find three LEVARI on italian telephone directories.
Some Levario existed i Southern Italy in PUTIGNANO (near BARI)in XIXth century.
Levari could it be a jewish surname from Levi?
Most probably the Levario came from Spain like many families in Southern Italy.
