[Opinions] Sarah, but
I'm not particularly turned off by Sara. I'd use Sarah myself but don't think anything negative about Sara when I see it. I'm tempted to say I like Sarah Elizabeth but that's almost too boring even for me, and I rely on classic names like... well, like very much. No apt simile is springing to mind. :-P Apart from that I like:Sarah Margaret
Sarah Evelyn
Sarah Patrice (A poster on this board has a Sarah Patrice, right? I'm positive that's where I heard it)
Sarah Elaine
Sarah Jane (I also like Sarahjane as a sort of GP that I'm not too guilty about)
Sarah Emmanuelle (for something kind of elaborate)
Sarah Marcelline
Sarah Frances (How sweet is that? It's so down home, particularly if her nickname was Sadie)
