No, but...It's actually not saying it's a Greek feminine form of Peter it only says "Usage: Greek" and that's different.

There can be two feminine forms of one name, much in the same way that Georgina and Georgia are both latinate feminine forms of George. Perhaps the site is wrong, but Petra is listed as a Greek name here.
