Oliver is MUCH better than Leonardo. Leonard, maybe, but Leonardo reminds me of Di Caprio, who I can't stand in the least, and who is a short, unattractive sissy boy. (Sorry if I'm offending someone, but honestly, give me Tom Selleck any day.)
Oliver, on the other hand, sounds much less nerdy and much more likable. And I love the nickname Ollie.
