kore-EEN-uh is how I have always heard it pronounced. I don't think your pronunciation would be natural for people.
How funny that you asked about this name. It came to my mind last night when I was in the shower, and I called my husband into the bathroom to ask if he liked Corinna. And he does, to my surprise:)
