Grace is okay but overused. I have a niece named Grace that was just born recently. I also know a little girl in my church...3rd or 4th grade. My step-grandmother's name was Grace (she died last year in her 80's). I know a lot of people who are choosing Grace for a MN also.
I am not all that fond of Gracie as a given name, but as a nn for Grace it is cute.
I would never use the name Grace. Simply because I do know a few Graces and also because it is way popular. It kind of seems old to me too.
