I only know one Melissa and she's my cousin. I think it may rise again, but probably not anytime soon. I dislike Missy as a nickname, to me it sounds rather snobbish. The only nicknames my cousin goes by is Mel and Melmo. I don't like Melisa though, I know it's a legit name but to me it looks more like a misspelling.
