Do you like this name? I really like -beth names, like Elizabeth. Do you prefer Elizabeth?

It's my cousin's name. I prefer Elizabeth though, she's kind of ditz. She's smart, but so valley-girl x_x besides I adore Elizabeth.

Bethany is okay, and yes, I do prefer Elizabeth. Mostly because there are more nn choices and it sounds just slightly less "hard".

It`s my name. Sometimes I see it as too flowery, other times as a cool Biblical name. But I hate Beth. I`ve never understood why Elizabeth is so popular. I get called Brittany or Stephanie by idiots who can`t seem to tell the difference between an r and an h.

Yes, I prefer Elizabeth. Bethany reminds me of this girl I went to school with who had a minister father and acted so superior to everyone else. I don't like it.

I like it a lot, much better than Elizabeth. It sounds very sweet but not childish or anything. I love it!

It's ok, just a little dated in England in my opinion.
