Tanja is indeed a pet name, Tatia and Tatiasha aren't Russian names
In ascending level of affection there're Tanjusha and Tanechka, unusual but possible, Tat'yanochka, Tanjushechke or very rare Tata
Tatiana is pronounced as ta- t'(stop) -yana, like Il'ich
