I'd rather Evangeline over the other. Also, after looking at the name Tatienne, I like the regular form of it (Tatiana). The name you gave seems too long and a tounge twister at that. BUT I do like that they rhyme. gives it a whimsical tone. I guess the name would depend on the situation.
