I love it. It's a Croatian name pronounced mee-LEN-ah, but It's dated in Croatia

Pronounced my-leena? I like it. My husband likes the name Mileah but I think Milena is more appealing. Do you have a middle name idea?

I actually pronounce it 'me-laina' but I don't even know the correct pronounciation of the name to be honest. Mileah is pretty also, I adore Leah so I like anything with Leah/Lia in it.

I was actually thinking of Milena as a middle name. I love the meaning of the name.

Milena is pronounced 'MEE-lehnah'.

It's fairly common in Croatia and very common in Serbia. I have a second cousin with this name, she's in her late 40s now and that's when Milena was most popular here. It's seen as dated now.
