Pablo recently had an affair with his secretary, a woman named Morgan. Morgan ended up pregnant with a little girl. However, there were complications at birth and Morgan ended up dying! Pablo, knowing this was his child, decided to adopt it. Annalisa, who was oblivious to the affair thinks that it is Morgan's child with her "boyfriend". Since Morgan's death, Pablo has stayed faithful to Annalisa. They are now the parents of Gracie. Annalisa also had another child, a month after Morgan's death. They decided to name her Carmen Annalisa. The Williams family has its hands full with all of their children. But, Pablo has decided that he wants more children. Annalisa isn't so sure, but loves Pablo enough to consider more children. Annalisa may never realize that Gracie is Pablo's daughter, but Pablo is afraid that the truth may come out when Gracie grows older and starts to resemble Pablo.
