[Opinions] Linden...
WDYT of Linden for a girl (it's for a story character not an actual person by the way). I know it's listed as male here but I'm really liking it as a female name atm...

I think of it as kind of unisex. It would be cute on a girl. I like it. And if she wants to, when she is older, to have a "girl" name, she can always go by Lin.

I have always thought of Linden as a girl's name because I associate most botanical names with girls. Lyndon, on the other hand, I associate with boys because of U.S. President Lyndon Baines Johnson.Linden *looks* girly. And the nn Lindy is super cute.

I see Linden as unisex (as I do most tree names), I've heard it on both and it's so rare that it's not taken over by either gender.

Linden is one of the few names I like equally on both genders.

Even though the only Linden I've known of was male, I still see it as being entirely feminine. I quite like it.
