I really like it. I love the way it sounds & I too have played with the idea of honoring a Mary by using a variant. This is one of my favorite options. I prn it mare-ee-ELLE / mahr-ee-ELLE. I prefer the first prn just because the second one seems a little stuffy to me. I am also a fan of Mariella, but I worry that it is too frilly.
