[Opinions] Matilda
So, right now my top names for girls are Helena (he LEH nah) and Clemence. But I'm really loving Matilda - Jane is set in stone as the mn - wdyt? Also which 2 of the 3 names above do you like best together (as a sister sib-set)?

Helena is gorgeous. I don't really care for Matilda to be honest. Clemence is neat - it has spunk, but it has a dignified quality as well. For a sibset, I like Helena and Clemence.

Helena Jane is REALLY pretty, very smooth-dark glass. Matilda Jane is nice, but somehow bland and cardboard brown. Tilda Jane has lots of spice and oomph though!I like the idea of Matilda and Celemce as a sister-set, very homey. I like Helena and Jane as sisters.

This hurts. I love Clemence and see her so rarely. But I have to admit that Jane belongs with Matilda. It's just so natural to say "Matilda Jane." And Clemence Jane reminds me of Calamity Jane. You really had to do it to me, didn't you?Perhaps you could take fertility drugs in order to have twins -- to make up for the Jane-ruining-Clemence thing? ;-)

It's pretty and interesting and would work very well with Helena, a gorgeous name.

Matilda always makes me think of the song "Waltzing Matilda" and I've never really liked the name.

Helena and Matilda sound really lovely together - and fit together well - I think.
I really, really love Clemence, too. I think it's a gorgeous, almost boyish name, but it doesn't seem to necessarily fit in with Matilda or Helena--or both. You might also like to consider Mathilde (it can be said ma-TEELD or just like Mathilda--Mathilde Jane? Nice!) since it fits well with Clemence because of the... "Frenchness" of them both. (:
