[Facts] Nunilo
Maybe Spanish? I don't know. A feminine name, I saw it under the explanation for Alodia, but it's not defined. We're all in the gutter, but some of us look at the stars.

The saint is a woman, but googling the name most of the modern bearers appear to be men.Could it be related to the modern Portuguese name Nuno?

Nunilo seems to be a nickname for the name Munia.
It seems that "Munia Jiménez of Navarra", wife of Fruela II of León, princess of Navarra and queen of Asturias, was also called Nunilo (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nunilo_Jimena).
