[Opinions] Cooper & Charlotte
I was watching a House Hunters the other day & there was a very mismatched sibset.
Cooper & Charlotte - both girlsCooper is so masculine to me that I don't like it on a girl at all and then the next daughter they name Charlotte, which is so sweet & feminine.
Plus the last name was Cram, which I think Cooper Cram sounds awful. Opinions?

Wow, Cooper Cram is really bad. Do these parents not do the rhyming test and realize their last name is close to crap?

I hate Cooper for a boy and especially a girl and Charlotte is okay, but I gotta admit that cooper-pooper-scooper thing is funny. Not on a real person of course.

Yeah, I know they can't help their last name and it does seem hard to work with but really Cooper is what they came up with! Even a super popular name like Emily would have been better.

...Cooper Cram? Are you for real?God. I swear. When I write I try to hard stylize things past the point of believability to point out and delight in the ridiculosity of lyfe, and then I see stuff like Cooper Cram and I feel not only one-upped by real parents but also rendered useless. Cooper Cram? Seriously? I could not have come up with that ever. And I would have sat there and tried to.

I had to laugh at that one. I feel bad for Cooper Cram. That's a bad one.

Cooper Cram is dreadful. The 12 year old in me always sees/hears "Pooper," which makes it all the worse. That aside I just find it all-around ugly. Charlotte isn't a favorite of mine but I respect it. Why on earth they deviated so far from tastefulness with the sister's name is beyond me. o_OETA: It's like shooting fish in a barrel to come up with a better name, but if I was aiming to match with Charlotte I'd pick Catherine, Cassandra, or Constance in that order.

Well the worst part is that Cooper is the older one so they came up with that first!

Oh I agree. I automatically thought Cooper was a boy. Cooper Cram on a girl...just icky! And I love the name Charlotte. Poor Cooper got the raw end of the deal. I'm not really even that fond of Cooper for a boy, but def not for a girl.

I hear you. Cooper and Charlotte are very mismatched. A friend of mine had a new niece several years ago named Caroline. I was so tickled to hear she'd have a new sister and wondered what the parents would name her. Get ready for this ... CARTER! UGH! Caroline really lucked out.
