I like Esther. I think a lot of people consider it to be a bit of an "old lady" name, but the only Esther I've met is younger than me (about 18/19) so it definitely does work on young people. I would love to see a little girl called Esther.
I definitely prefer Esther to Estelle (makes me think of the agent in Friends!) or Estella, which is too frilly for me!
