Yep, I really like Tabitha. I love her quirky, yet pretty vibe. I'd love to see it used more often. Of your combos, I think I like Tabitha Jane better, but I'm biased since I plan to use Jane as a middle to honor my mom.
The only thing that bothers me is the potential for Tabby as a nickname. I think I'd try and make Abby stick if I had a Tabitha.
