My sister's mn is Patricia. She's Hilary Patricia, meaning a happy noblewoman. It fits her to a tee. :-) She's in her 50's. The others I know would be in their 40's or 50's. But I think it's ripe for a revival.
I usen't to like Patricia but lately it's been growing on me a lot. I love that it's known, but not overly used. The association with ancient Rome is a big plus in my book.
My favorite nn for Patricia is Patsy or Pax. :-)
