It's ok. It doesn't feel overused in any generation enough to feel particularly dated. I know one near my age and one a decade older... and another who's prob'ly in her 60s... and went to elementary school w/ 1 a grade behind me. It feels kinda boring to me, but not horribly so and I'd rather meet a little Nancy than have the child inflicted on some of the more overused names of our time.
