Aureliana makes Aurelia look bad the same way Liliana corrupts Lily. I much prefer Aurelia to Aureliana. Yes, Aureliana is too frilly.
Aurelian for a boy is ok, like the French Aurelien. But it sort of sounds like an adjective, like 'oh! look at that aurelian bird!' or something. It rhymes with Australian. And Aurelia with Australia and Aureliana with Australiana. haha :)
