I have thought for several years that Pamela will make a huge comeback in a few decades with Pammy becoming the new Maddie or Abby :) I used to dislike it too but now I love it. There is something very sweet and soft about Pamela. I dislike Pam but Pammy is really cute and with Penelope and Penny getting trendy I think a comeback for Pamela is definitely possible. I love the meaning too. Pamma is awful though :P I also dislike Penna.
