[Opinions] Fiorenzo / Florence / Fiorenza
Hi !!!WDYTO Fiorenzo and Fiorenza? Both names are translated in English with Florence. But Florence in English as you know is also the name of the Italian city but in this case it is not Fiorenza but Firenze. So Fiorenza and Fiorenzo have only the ancient floreal meaning.I would like your opinion on them because both were given to only 5 babies in 2016...Do they seem so dated and ready to desappear in your opinion?

I love this whole family of names. Fiorenzo reminds me of Fiorenzo LaGuardia, an ex-mayor of New York. Fiorenza is such a fun, frilly name...wish I saw it half as often as we see Isabella, Evangeline, Anastasia, etc. I think they're both a little tricky/unfamiliar to Americans who aren't Italian or from New York. Also love Fiore, but that would probably be butchered even worse in English, and almost certainly wouldn't be taken for a girl's name at first sight.

As an American, I only think of Florence as a feminine name. I like Fiorenzo for a man.

I kind of like them.Fiorenza sounds pretty, like Esperanza.
Fiorenzo sounds okay, like Lonenzo.
