I think in some countries it's already losing popularity and starting to become dated. I know that it used to be extremely common in the UK and Australia. In the US it seems to be just getting popular.
I like it. Georgie is a cute nickname. I just really dislike the spelling of Jorja. I do like Georgina a bit better, I think. It seems a bit more elegant.
