[Opinions] Opinions on Sienna?
I never cared for it, until I met a little girls named Sienna. It sounded so pretty when she said it. I’m beginning to like it. What are your thoughts? TIA

I love the name Sienna.

I associate it with Sierra, Dakota, Destiny, Trinity, Savannah, Cassidy, Shelby, and similar names that started to become more popular in the United States in the 1990s. It still has a negative, trendy sensibility to me.

I like it a lot. It's really pretty.
Although I do think of it as a middling sort of trendy name. I like many names like that. Not sure I'd want one, but people named them usually give me a nice impression.
To give you an idea what I mean ... Names I think are similar styled names, that have gotten popular lately are: Mia, Gemma, Isla, Scarlett, Keira, Eden, Nova, Willow, Mila, Zara, Alexa, Mira, Lila, Sasha
Similar styled names IMO, that were formerly popular are: Alyssa, Carissa, Brianna, Cara, Amber, Sherry, Donna, Chanel, Tanya, Kendra, Hallie, Summer, Sierra

Toyota Sienna, Catherine of Siena (who tbh I mainly associate with the practice of Mortification), Sienna Miller, burnt sienna.I think it's like Scarlet but quieter and sounds manufactured or vaguely religious in a way that makes me sad.It has an appealing, soft sound, but even so, I'd slightly prefer Sierra / Vienna.

It's got kind of a cheap vibe to it, but the sound is very pretty. Kind of a grade-B Hollywood feel from maybe twenty years back.

OMG OT, but I LOVE your quote! Steve Martin is the best comedian!

I agree; it's really cute, especially when said aloud! Not in my top 30 yet, but it's getting there!

It’s quite modern and trendy, which could be taken as a good or a bad thig, but it sounds pretty and has a nice meaning

Hi !!!I like it because of the colour meaning.
The double N is a bit annoying because the original form is Siena (town) and 'terra di Siena' (colour). But Siena is not a given name so I pick Sienna anyway.
