When I was a kid I longed to be a Danielle called Dani. So cool. So tomboy.
I am no longer a fan of Danielle. Daniela is prettier but still not a favorite.
If I met a little Danielle now, I'd suspect she was named after an important Daniel. Otherwise, I just can't imagine seeing a name so far out of fashion on a child.
